1. Services
Organic on Amazon provides organic compliance auditing services for Amazon sellers including but not limited to listing compliance audits, A+ content reviews, certificate-to-ASIN verification, and catalog-scale compliance monitoring. Our services are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice.
2. Consulting Disclaimer
While we provide expert compliance guidance based on USDA NOP regulations, our recommendations are advisory. We are not a USDA-accredited certifying agent and do not grant organic certification. Certification decisions are made solely by accredited certifying agents. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and maintaining their own compliance.
3. Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure our audits and recommendations are accurate and based on current regulations. However, regulatory requirements change frequently. We recommend verifying critical compliance decisions with your certifying agent. Our reports reflect regulations as of the date of publication.
4. Confidentiality
All client information, ASIN data, audit findings, and compliance reports are treated as confidential. We will not share your business information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
5. Payment Terms
Starter and Catalog Audit plans are billed as one-time payments due at the time of service. Enterprise plans are billed monthly or quarterly as agreed. All prices are in USD. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of service delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
Organic on Amazon's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to lost profits, penalties imposed by regulatory agencies, or business disruption.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, designs, and proprietary methodologies, is owned by Organic on Amazon. Client-specific audit reports and deliverables are licensed for the client's internal use. Our compliance technology, tools, and processes remain our intellectual property.
